Map fun...

My Warcraft 3 map, Village Defense is coming along in leaps and bounds. Though it's just a basic Tower Defence, I've added a story, a reason to be building towers, and I've spent ages (well, 8 sheets of paper) balancing the thing... seems to be a horrendeous disconnect bug in there that I haven't tracked down yet... still I'll get there. And when I do, you'll be the first tho know. Whoever you are.

It appears that the Quake 3 shockwave demo was so amazing that it's completely broken their server. Serves them right for making it streaming only as opposed to downloadable, I guess. Silly people.

Still, here's something else 3d... looks like the new Shockwave3d plugin is going to be very impressive!

Now THAT, my friend, is a processor:

IBM's Power4 processor

Note the pinout... 5,200 (compared to about 150 on an Intel CPU)

W00p!

Emulation comes of age - the old Don Bluth Laser Disc games have FINALLY been emulated (and ripped to boot)

Dragons Lair + Emulator

Marvellous retro fun - but expect to use up 2 gigs of harddrive space to play these! (yes, each)

Very cute. Some guy drawing cartoon characters on walls and taking photos of it.

Any reason? No... I was looking for pictures of the OTHER Chuckie

Just come across the new 'Switch' Apple Macintosh adverts...

'Cuz, like, I lost half my document'

It just screams at me - 'If you're not competent enough to use a PC, or you're blaming your computer losing files on Windows, then the Macintosh is for you!'

Painful.

Nice video streaming though.

Ok, now this is impressive:

SpeedStacking - an extreme sport?

I have a feeling that this girl is going to grow up to become a very talented DJ, or something!
